Trouba, a lot of people questioned what he is during his hold out. He is the Jets best D! He is absolutely a number one. I know he hasn't put up a ton of points but he is a shut down physical D, always makes whoever he plays with better, and the offence will come as more pp time comes. |

McDonagh is legitimately on par with guys like Hedman, Josi, Subban, etc. in terms of his ability to lead a defense. He's a different type of defenseman than those guys...less flashy offensively. But he is every bit as good in terms of leading a team to success as the #1 guy. |
